Flanders Development Cycling returns to once again sponsor the Cedar Hill Race Festival. Flanders Development Cycling, also known as FDC, runs a 32-day long race program in Belgium every July for racers from around the world aged 15-19. If you’re a junior and want to experience the best junior racing in the world then get to Belgium to experience all that it has to offer.
